We all love fresh air! Air is key to body’s natural detoxification mechanisms. So is breathing in and out fully. This talk is both about finding your own ground to remain calm among everyday stressors and about the power of eating from the local soil. Come to learn about steps we can take every day to supply our bodies with the beneficial soil elements and enzymes needed for proper digestion and assimilation.
